We have all been in the finance field on average for more than two decades each. We have experienced all types of complex interpersonal situations and know how business 'works' and the attendant pressures and conflicts that come with the territory. Our combined experience coupled with our specific training program will benefit professionals who are seeking a level of awareness to perform to their full potential, tackle conflicts as they emerge and create a positive work environment for themselves and their employees.
